Growing up there was nothing better than a weekend away at grandmas house. I’d be so excited to pack my overnight bag and always looked forward to adventures out to the hospice shop or to see the squirrels in cherry tree woods. 
If ever I needed advice or support I could always turn to Grandma Nancy, a weekend away in Bedford road was something to be treasured. Grandma was a hub of advice and a shoulder to cry on and I could always rely on her to make me laugh or put me in my place. 
Grandma was a role model and although she’s no longer here I know she will always be listening and watching over me. She helped shape me into who I am today and I’m so blessed to have had 21 years of her love.   Sophie xx
